Who we are

Night Owl Solutions (“Night Owl”, “we”, “us”) is a business based in Ventura County, California, founded by Nathan. You can reach us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Using this website

You’re welcome to use this website to learn about our service, get in touch with us, or ask for a free missed-call audit. Please don’t misuse it, for example by trying to break into it, overload it, or send spam through its form.

The service

Night Owl is an AI receptionist for the calls your business misses. You keep your number: your phone still rings first, and only the calls you don’t pick up forward to our AI assistant. At the start of every call, it tells the caller it’s an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. It answers common questions using only the information you give us at setup, and leaves anything else to you. It takes the caller’s details and texts them to you. It can book new jobs into the openings you set, and it never moves or cancels an existing booking: it takes the message and texts you instead. At setup, you decide what counts as urgent, and those calls reach you marked URGENT.

Price and billing

The service costs $497 for a one-time setup, plus $149 a month. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.

Your part

Give us accurate information about your business (hours, services, price ranges, and what counts as urgent), and tell us when something changes, so the assistant’s answers stay right.

You’re responsible for your own business decisions: your prices, which jobs you take, and how you follow up with callers.

Honest limits

• The AI assistant can make mistakes. It may mishear a caller or get a detail wrong, so check anything important with the caller yourself.
• It shares only the price ranges you approve. It doesn’t quote final prices; the real number comes from you.
• It isn’t a source of health, safety or legal advice, and nothing it says should be taken as that.
• It relies on phone, AI and text-message providers we don’t control. If one of them has a problem, a call or a text can be missed or delayed.

No promise of results

We can’t promise how many calls you’ll get, how many become jobs, or how much you’ll earn. The calculator on our homepage is an estimate from the numbers you enter, not a promise of results. Our only guarantee is the one under Price and billing.

Website content

We work to keep this website accurate, but it’s provided “as is,” without a promise that it’s complete, error-free or always available. The example calls and texts on this site are labeled as examples; they aren’t records of real customers.

We may change or update the website at any time.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Night Owl Solutions isn’t responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost jobs, that come from using this website or the service, including a call the assistant missed, misheard or handled wrong.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.

California law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
